Artisan-Promoter (ESTP):
Summer Clerkship Judge: I'm currently a law student. The summer following my first year, I clerked for a district court judge. When I went to interview for the position, I remember imagining that he would be a crusty old curmudgeon, like we imagine most judges to be. The summer turned out to be a party. We would frequently sit together in his chambers while he would tell me stories about sleazy lawyers and crazy defendants who have come through his courtroom. I remember one day he delayed a hearing so we could finish the end of some movie we were watching. Many mornings he would have to wait for his blood-alcohol level to subside before taking the bench. He was a great judge with a big heart.
Mr. Kogiku: After I finished my undergrad, I taught English in Tokyo before going to law school. One of my students was Mr. Kogiku. He was in his late fifties, and an executive at a securities firm. He would often treat me to the finest restaurants in Tokyo. He wouldn't bat an eye at a five hundred plus dollar tab for a sushi dinner. We ate blowfish testicles together, which he informed me where "expensive." If he considered them "expensive," I can only imagine. Artisan-Crafter (ISTP): Best Friend: I've known Nick since I was five years old. He owns a tricked out Chevy, and always drives with his foot to the floor. We are both Crafters, and growing up, it was almost certain that when we got together something was going to blow up or catch fire. Father: Me and my father both share the same type. Since I discovered KTS, my relationship with my father has improved dramatically. Growing up my father was always somewhat aloof. I knew he cared, but I wasn't always perceptive of the ways in which he showed it. But thinking back, he showed his care through actions, not words. He built all of the cabinets, chairs, desks, and beds I ever used growing up. When I visit him now, I make an effort to pursue common interests with him, like tennis. Artisan-Performer (ESFP): Girlfriend # 3 in High-School: During my senior year of high-school I had a wild, short-lived fling with an Artisan Performer. She was free-wheeling and sensuous. It was exciting that she was into both guys and girls. In the end, though, there was just a little too much Artisan between the two of us. Artisan-Composer (ISFP): Ken: My girlfriend's brother is a gifted illustrator and an aspiring comedian. I wish I had his fashion sense. Even when he wakes up in the morning with his hair full of bed-head, he's got this aura about him that makes you think that bed-head and all, everything just fits. Yes, I am comfortable in my masculinity. I hope you enjoyed my little illustrations of Artisans I have known. Stay tuned for Part II, where I will provide illustrations of Rationals I know.|

Excelllent observations! Do you find that as you look at and read others descriptions of the various types including your own, that you gain insight into yourself? Also that your interactions with others improve. That is the part I enjoy most from reading all of the wonderful insights from all of you who are members of PZ. I look forward to your future entries. |

Yes, Bella, I definitely think that understanding Kerisey has improved my relationships with other people, especially with my father. I guess the exception would be my girlfriend (guardian) who now every time I do something impulsively, ridicules me by saying, "you Artisan!" (= |

Looking forward to your illustrations of rationals!
